Exercise is most definetly important in maintaining our health, weight, fitness or for whatever other reason you wish but it helps to have a balanced diet along with it.  With certain block sessions I offer Nutritional Advice too and always recommend that my clients keep a food diary to help monitor their progress.
 
Noone says that you have to eat cabbage soup, celery sticks or rabbit food in order to keep fit and healthy.  Sweet treats and favourite foods are always allowed just so long as it is balanced in with your lifestyle.
